Terms Of Service

Service Availability

Airdrie Starcab's services are available 24/7 within the Airdrie area, and reservations can be made through our website or by calling our customer service line.

Payment

Airdrie Starcab accepts all major credit cards and cash as forms of payment. Payment is due at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total fare.

No-Show Policy

Customers who do not show up for their scheduled pickup will be charged the full fare.

Waiting Time

Waiting time will be charged at a rate of $50/hour after the first 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time.

Extra Stops

Additional stops will be charged at a flat rate of $10 per stop.

Luggage

Customers are allowed up to two pieces of luggage per passenger at no additional charge. Additional pieces of luggage will be charged at a rate of $5 per piece.

Cleanliness

Customers are expected to maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle during their ride. A cleaning fee of $50 will be charged for any excessive mess or damage to the vehicle.

Responsibility

Airdrie Starcab is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items left in the vehicle.

Smoking and Alcohol

Smoking and the consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited in all of our vehicles.

Service Area

Airdrie Starcab provides service in the Airdrie area, additional charges may apply for pick ups and drop offs outside the service area.

Liability

Airdrie Starcab shall not be liable for any damages, injuries or losses sustained by the customer while using our services.
